FoCCAS, founded in 2009, is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which provides volunteers and fund raising to supplement the Collecton County Animal Shelter.  Donations are tax deductible.  Proceeds and donations are used for what is needed for the homeless animals at the shelter (bedding, food, medical treatment, etc.).
