Colleton County residents can receive a discount voucher to reduce the cost of spaying or neutering their pet by $75 for dogs or $50 for cats. Vouchers are available for pick up at Colleton County Animal Services during shelter business hours. A photo ID with a Colleton county address must be presented when picking vouchers up.  Vouchers expire after 60 days.
