Colleton County residents can get a discount voucher to discount the cost of spaying or neutering their pet by $35. Vouchers are available for pick up at the Colleton County Animal Shelter during shelter business hours. A photo ID with a Colleton county address must be presented when picking vouchers up. Limit 2 per resident per pick up. Vouchers expire after 60 days so we recommend you make an appointment prior to picking up vouchers.
