PAWS 2025

March 15

5:30 - 9 pm

Dear Friend:

FoCCAS is seeking auction items or monetary sponsorships for Paws 2025 to be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025. This event is our largest annual fundraiser! This year, we will continue our traditional format by serving food catered by Jimmy Fitts, drinks by Two Pour Girls Bartending, and live music. The event will be held at The South Forty in Round O, Colleton County.

Drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be available
at 5:30 p.m., to-go plates can be picked up at 5:45 p.m., and dinner at 6:15 p.m.

In the last twelve years, Paws has raised over $230,000 for the animals of Colleton County while drawing approximately 200 people each year from Walterboro and the surrounding Lowcountry.

FoCCAS is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2009 to support the Colleton County Animal Shelter (CCAS) and the animals of Colleton County.

Our main community outreach includes:

  • Partnership with CCAS – supplements the shelter budget for food, vaccines, heartworm prevention and treatments, spay/neuter surgeries, and emergency care for adoptable animals.

  • Community Discounted Spay/Neuter Options - spay/neuter community initiatives offer a

  • $35 off voucher at local vets and a special low-cost co-pay in partnership with Hilton Head

  • Humane Association’s SNAC and PETSinc mobile services.

  • Colleton Community Cat Program – supports the TNR program in conjunction with

  • CCAS and Charleston Animal Society. This is a complementary service to Colleton community cats.

  • Colleton Animal Commitment Education (CACE) Program - a successful program teaching Colleton County 4th graders responsible pet ownership.

  • Local Food Pantry Support – provides dog and cat food to local food pantries and blessing boxes to assist animals in need in our community.

As an exclusively volunteer organization, we have developed a strong base of volunteers who make our success possible. We continue to spread our message of the importance of responsible pet ownership. Our visibility within the community has increased through our numerous programs and the valuable support of our local media.

Please confirm your donation or sponsorship to our Paws fundraiser by Wednesday, February 26th and we will proudly list you in all of our advertisements.
